Your shipping method rate/ estimated time that you chose at check out does not include the processing time it takes to fulfill your order. Please keep that in mind when placing your orders.

Once USPS has received your package your shipping method will start. We can't control delays, lost or missing packages. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before placing your order. Once your order is shipped we can not redirect a package to a new address. You will need to connect the carrier. 


International Shipments may be charged additional fees for their countries tax + duties or import charges.

Shipping times are also not in our control. Shipping can take up till 6 weeks for certain countries. 

We are very accommodating with US shipping. If we are able to give you a better rate we will refund the difference back to you. We will do our best to combine multiple orders you may have, to save on shipping as well.
