Refund policy

Return Policy: You can return an item if the item is still in brand new, never been used condition, exactly how you received the item. If it was sent in packaging or a zip lock bag it must be returned that way.
We will only accept returns on items 10 days after the date it was delivered it you. After 10 days we can't accept your return. Please check your packages as soon as it arrives to you, to make sure nothing needs to be returned. 

Any item that is defective must be reported via E-mail at info@misstracycreates.com within 10 days of the delivery date. Please send us pictures of the damage in the e-mail so we can report that to a manufacturer or shipping carrier if needed.Â
